没有 Keptu 服务器会收到你的数据

Keptu 没有自己的后端服务器，也不需要注册账号。你的证件照片、证件号码、姓名、有效期等一切内容，都存储在你自己的设备上，或（在你主动开启同步时）你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库中。开发者没有任何途径访问这些数据。

Keptu has no backend of its own and requires no account. Your document photos, numbers, names and expiry dates live on your device, or — only if you turn on sync — in your own private iCloud database. The developer has no way to access any of it.

我们收集的数据：无

• 证件识别（OCR）完全在设备上完成，图片不会被发送到任何地方。
• 不含分析或追踪：应用内没有启用任何统计、埋点或广告 SDK。
• 到期提醒为本地通知，不经过任何服务器。
• 应用会从公开的内容分发网络下载证件模板目录与可选的端侧 AI 模型——这些是单向下载，请求中不携带你的任何个人数据。

• OCR runs entirely on-device; images are never sent anywhere.
• No analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs are active in the app.
• Expiry reminders are local notifications; no server is involved.
• The app downloads a public template catalog and an optional on-device AI model from public CDNs — one-way downloads that carry none of your personal data.

可选的同步，发生在你的 iCloud 里

Keptu Pro 提供跨设备同步。开启后，证件数据（含图片与完整证件号）通过 Apple 的 CloudKit 同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库，由 Apple 加密存储与传输。它不经过、也无法被 Keptu 的开发者读取。关闭同步或删除 App 后，你可以随时在 iOS 设置中管理或删除这些 iCloud 数据。

Keptu Pro offers cross-device sync. When enabled, your documents (including images and full numbers) sync via Apple's CloudKit into your own private iCloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. It never passes through — and cannot be read by — the developer. You can manage or delete this iCloud data in iOS Settings at any time.

每一项权限只做一件事

• 相机：拍摄证件用于识别。图片仅保存在本地。
• 相册：从相册导入证件照片。
• Face ID：解锁证件详情与原图。生物特征数据由 iOS 系统管理，Keptu 无法读取。
• 通知：本地到期提醒。
• 日历（可选）：把出行证件核对事项写入你的日历。

• Camera: scan documents. Images stay local.
• Photos: import document photos from your library.
• Face ID: unlock document details. Biometric data is managed by iOS and never readable by Keptu.
• Notifications: local expiry reminders.
• Calendar (optional): add travel checklist items to your calendar.

涉及的第三方服务

• Apple：App 内订阅（Keptu Pro）由 Apple 处理，Keptu 不接触你的支付信息；iCloud 同步由 Apple CloudKit 提供。参见 Apple 隐私政策。
• 公开 CDN（jsDelivr / GitHub / 模型托管站）：仅用于下载模板目录与 AI 模型文件，属只读公共资源。

• Apple handles in-app subscriptions (Keptu never sees your payment details) and provides CloudKit for sync. See Apple's privacy policy.
• Public CDNs (jsDelivr / GitHub / model hosts) serve read-only template and model downloads.

数据始终在你手里

所有数据的查看、导出（ZIP 备份 / PDF 分享）与删除都在 App 内完成。删除 App 即删除全部本地数据；iCloud 中的同步数据可在 iOS 设置 → Apple 账户 → iCloud 中删除。因为我们不持有你的任何数据，所以不存在需要向我们发起的数据删除请求。

Viewing, exporting (ZIP backup / PDF share) and deleting your data all happen inside the app. Deleting the app deletes all local data; synced data can be removed under iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud. Since we hold none of your data, there is nothing to request deletion of from us.

儿童隐私保护

Keptu 面向普通用户，不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不收集任何人的个人信息——包括儿童。家庭成员功能中录入的家人证件信息同样只存储在你的设备和你的 iCloud 中。

Keptu is not designed for children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, children included. Family members' documents you add are likewise stored only on your device and in your iCloud.

若未来版本引入新的数据实践，我们会先更新本页面并在 App 更新说明中注明。继续使用新版本即表示你知悉更新后的政策。

If a future version introduces new data practices, this page will be updated first and the change noted in the App Store release notes.
